The Writers' Circle of Durham Region
(WCDR)
The Writers' Circle of Durham Region is a Canadian umbrella group. It has well over 250 members, and functions in a wide geographic base just east of Toronto, Ontario. As a not-for-profit umbrella organization, WCDR offers networking, education and support opportunities for writers of all kinds and at all levels. Membership is not required in order to attend any of our workshops or events. Through our web site, WCDR offers a wealth of links and information in which your member organizations might have an interest, especially if they consider submitting material to a Canadian publisher.
