Thameside Writers meets at Mole Hall, West Molesey on Thursdays during school terms between 10 am and 12 noon. It is a mixed group writing poetry and prose. Our work is read to other members and receives helpful criticism in return.

We write mainly for our own pleasure and if someone wants to publish we welcome that too. The quality of our work is considered good. Speakers are invited on a regular basis.

Our poetry group meets once a month at members houses. Each Christmas we have a poetry and a prose competition. We enjoy socialising with each other.

The subscription is currently £30 per term.
