The course will cover: Creating the Story, Developing the Plot, Creating Characters, Writing Dialogue, Overcoming Writer’s Block, Copyright of your Material, Selling your Screenplay, Finding a Publisher, and much more.

The Course takes place each month over a Saturday and Sunday, starting in November 2001 (in various U.K. locations)

The Course is led by Teddy Hayes, an American Emmy award-winning television writer, published novelist and filmmaker.The Course size is limited to 12 places in order that all participants gain optimum benefit.

Many people feel that they are unable to write fiction because they don’t know how to place their creative ideas into a proper framework.

This course will provide you with a system and the skills that will allow you to develop your existing creative talent into a proper work of fiction.

We believe that fiction writing is as much a skill as it is a talent.

The schedule of the days consists of Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm. The course contains lectures, discussions and practical workshops to develop your ideas. The course leader will guide you through the development of an idea to help you create your own work of fiction. This course is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced writers who have not yet succeeded in having their works published.

Lunch will be provided on both days.

The cost of the course is £300.00 payable in advance.

Teddy Hayes is offering this intensive writing course for people who are serious about becoming novelists or screenwriters.

He has made his living as a writer, Producer and Director of novels, TV and film for the past 25 years and I has developed a method of helping writers develop their works into the kind of products that production companies and publishers find commercially viable.
