How you will receive your ebook:
You will receive the ebook as a Word file attached to a normal email sent to you by Diana Hayden, Editor. You will receive it almost immediately. If I am out I will send it to you as soon as I return! I have chosen this method to send you your ebook because the alternative method you may see on other sites - where you are given an automatic download link by Paypal rather than me - has proved unreliable. I am 100% reliable! In other words, if Paypal make a mistake or cause a delay I have no control over it but if I make a mistake or the Internet plays up I can resend your file immediately. I ask for your phone number on the shopping cart page so that I can phone you if necessary to ask if you need help with your ebook.
