If you haven't heard anything for several days - phone urgently! In March 2012, after more than 13 years on the Internet, the Internet broke down completely and I had no Internet for more than 3 days. As this is wireless broadband it is quite a shock that such a catastrophic interruption can occur. Sky needed to send a new router which they said could take up to 5 days. During this period, as I do not own an iPhone or similar it was not possible to read emails or see if any of your Paypal payments had come in where your telephone number is displayed. If there is ever any unacceptable delay you will be refunded in full. Please do phone to let me know you are awaiting an order and you are concerned that you have not had a reply. Let's hope this Internet failure doesn't happen again for another 13 years!
