Our meetings our held on the 2nd and fourth Wednesdays of the month in the Assembly Rooms in Church Approach, New Romney, Kent. We take two breaks from meetings in August and January. Full details are at: www.marshink.co.uk

Meetings alternate between speakers, usually established authors, some of whom give workshops and self-lead exercises to improve writing skills. They also have evenings when work is read out for criticism. The members have a wide range of interests including fiction, non-fiction, poetry and journalism and some have already been published.

The group is fortunate enough to have author Pamela Oldfield as Honorary President and she is a great support. She also runs a workshop for Marsh Ink each year.

The group's aim is to encourage members to get their work published.
