At least for the next six months we will be holding our meetings every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month in the Assembly Rooms, Church Approach, New Romney.

Meetings alternate between speakers, usually established authors, some of whom give workshops and self-lead exercises to improve writing skills. They also have evenings when work is read out for criticism. The members have a wide range of interests including fiction, non-fiction, poetry and journalism and some have already been published.

The group is fortunate enough to have author Pamela Oldfield as Honorary President and she is a great support. She also runs a workshop for Marsh Ink each year.

The group's aim is to encourage members to get their work published.
