Edinburgh Writers' Club meets at Osbourne Hotel in York Place fornightly. We have some work nights, and also professional speakers who judge our competitions and write a personal crit on each entry. We are a mixed bunch, all ages, some professional writers, some unpublished and lots in between. Membership is around 100 but usually only 30 or so come to every meeting.

We are affiliated to Scottish Ass. of Writers and some of us attend their weekend seminar in the Spring.
