Getting your printed documents turned into Braille has never been easier
Whether you're an individual, work in education or are a small or large
company and need printed material (no matter how big or small)
transcribing into Braille for yourself or your visually-impaired users.
What Can We Transcribe?
Anything from: letters, leaflets, booklets, menus, brochures, phone bills, press-releases,
etc.
How Effective Are We?
We use the finest computer Braille software and high quality paper to
produce our documents. We always proofread every printed document we receive
before transcribing it into Braille. Similarly, all transcribed documents
are proofread thoroughly before they are dispatched to our customers.
Everything we transcribe is always treated in the strictest of confidence.
How Quick Are We?
For a quick and effective service, we highly recommend that you send us
material either on computer disc or by e-mail as word or plain text files.
Not only is this quicker, but it saves you money. We can also arrange to
have all your transcribed documents sent directly to your Braille users.
Please call us for more information.
For most small documents (40 pages or less), we aim to produce within 24
hours. Larger documents will take longer depending on size. Binding
facilities available. Please do not send handwritten material.
How Much Do We Charge?
Prices will vary depending on the size and nature of the document you want
transcribed. However, a basic 10 A4 plain text printed document will cost
you no more than £7.50. This includes set-up and one fully bound copy.
Subsequent copies will cost you approximately £2.50 (plus binding) based on
2.5 Braille sheets to 1 A4 printed sheet.
