THE SOOPERDOOPER BLUE ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR
by
Matthew Chamberlain

Back to Ashton Writers home page

It was a sunny day and the weather outside was scorching. The school bus dropped Matthew off and he zoomed in through the automatic doors in his superdooper blue electric wheelchair. As Matthew whizzed past the office door in his superdooper blue electric wheelchair, he heard a strange noise. Matthew turned expertly, in his superdooper blue electric wheelchair, and went to investigate the strange noise.

The whimpering cries were coming from a tall figure standing on a swivel chair in the middle of the office. Mrs Leach (headteacher) was holding up the skirt of her dress and squealing with fear as a slimy looking lizard scratched and sniffed around the phone.

Matthew couldn't believe it but acted like lightning and he and his superdooper blue electric wheelchair cornered the lizard and captured it.

Mrs Leach decided to give Matthew a special award. Instead of six weeks holiday, Matthew with his superdooper blue electric wheelchair was allowed to stay off school for six months. Mr Nicholson (science teacher) kept the slimy lizard as a pet.
